What is the 5-I method?
INTERCEDE
Just as Jesus went away to the lonely places with God, you will gain the tools to build a firm spiritual foundation in your own life. Our first and most important call as ministers is to love the Lord with all of our heart, mind, and strength. Our goal is to instill spiritual disciplines in your life that will set you up for success in your personal Christian walk.
INVITE
We see in scripture that Jesus extended an invitation to those he wanted to become leaders. The leadership that Jesus calls us into is so different from what we see in the world.
Our goal is to prepare you to lead like Jesus and to invite you into a lifetime of leading by following after Jesus.
INVEST
Jesus took the time to be with His disciples and to invest in them. Life boils down to our relationships - first our relationship with God and then relationships with others. Our goal is that you will be able to invest in these relationships in a God-honoring and life-giving way.
INSTRUCT
In order to share the gospel, we need to build a foundation of understanding the Word of God. Our goal is that you will gain a broad biblical knowledge in order to teach, preach, and live by His Truth.
INSPIRE
We want you to use your god-given gifts to serve others. Through practical training, you will be inspired in your personal call to ministry. You will gain the confidence required to lead others and evangelize the world.
